Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing, energetic awareness, and the foundations of channeling universal life force energy.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore the history and principles of Reiki, learn hand placements for self and others, and experience guided meditations to awaken your intuitive connection. The highlight of this training is the Reiki attunement. This sacred energetic initiation  opens your natural healing channels and aligns you with the Reiki frequency.

After receiving your attunement, you’ll be able to begin working with Reiki energy for yourself, loved ones, and even plants and animals. This training blends education, practice, and spiritual connection in a grounded, accessible way.
